I am a graphic designer and photographer in Annandale, Va. My first career was as a cutter operator in large commercial printing companies in the area. 24 years in that career have given me great knowledge in the area of pre-press and layout processes in the printing industry. That knowledge is crucial in the area of designing a product for the client that the printer is going to be able to deal with. I have also fallen in love with the art of photography, which also enhances my graphic design talent, but can also be a career in itself. Primarily use Photoshop/Lightroom3 and InDesign.
