This is going to be my photography and blog page. I will have a lot of my favorite shots on here and plan on updating it with current shots on a somewhat regular basis. I don’t know how much blogging I will do, but it is good to know that I have an outlet for my thoughts if I need it. I do have a few blog posts from 2012 on here that you can check out. I am also planning on developing this blog site on WordPress.com to look like a professional website, because I would like to be able to offer a designed wordpress site to a client as a very affordable website alternative. I am a graphic designer and photographer in Byron, Georgia. My main career is as a cutter/folder at Panaprint, the last large commercial printing company in Macon, Ga. 35 years in that career has given me knowledge in the area of pre-press and layout processes in the printing industry. That knowledge is crucial in the area of designing a product for the client that the printer is going to be able to deal with. I have also fallen in love with the art of photography, which also enhances my graphic design talent, but can also be a career in itself. I am hoping that when I am ready to retire that I will make a decent amount of money doing photography and graphic design. I am experienced with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and various other programs. Primarily use Photoshop, Lightroom and InDesign.
